At 3:24 PM, Troopers arrested Fransisco Maria De Leon, age 62, of 185 Montgomery Avenue, Providence for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. De Leon was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court where he will be presented as a probation violator.
At 4:19 PM, Troopers arrested Dovion Robinson, age 19, of 38 Barbara Road, Vernon Connecticut for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident- Damage to Attended Vehicle 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 3.) Giving a False Document to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 East in the City of East Providence. Robinson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a Sixth Division District Court date.
At 2:25 AM, Troopers arrested Bryan Lora Pena, age 27, of 70 Robert Circle, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License - 4th or Subsequent Offense, and 2) Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License - 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and held overnight pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:41 AM, Troopers arrested Remyynsce Clay, age 18, of 290 Church Street, Northborough, Massachusetts, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest for Simple Assault and 2.) Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
