At 7:07 PM, Troopers arrested Pedro Tzoc Sucuqui, age 21, of 51 Crapo Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .10 - .15 - First Offense (Phase I: 0.110%) and (Phase II: 0.115%) and 2.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Tzoc Sucuqui was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 11:01 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Perry, age 35, of 51 Calder Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor-BAC Unknown- First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - Second Offense and 3.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - Fourth Offense or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cemetery Street in the City of Providence. Perry was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
