Vendors to Demonstrate Products and Conduct Interviews With Students

(BOWIE, Md.) - Students and faculty members can increase their knowledge about digital solutions and learn how to better use various technologies from industry experts at The 2024 Educational Technology Day set for tomorrow, Sept. 26 at the Student Center from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Attendees will gain valuable insight into innovations and new hardware and software products that can facilitate daily collaborations, problem solving and communication. Representatives from major corporations and the federal government will demonstrate how technology can aid in developing presentations, projects and enhance the grading system among many other applications.

A few of the vendors represented at the event include Global leader Apple Inc., best known for its consumer electronics, software and services; CDW-G, a leading provider of technology solutions including hardware and IT infrastructure; Dell Technologies, a computer technology company that develops, sells and supports computers and associated services; the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); and Verizon Communications, one of our nation's largest wireless communications providers.

Recruiters from the corporations and federal government will be onsite to answer questions and conduct interviews with students interested in pursuing careers with their organizations.

Bowie State University's Division of Information Technology is the host of the 2024 Educational Technology Day in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Innovation Center, Computer Science Department, Office of Human Resources and Prince George's County Public Schools.
