The Ministry of Foreign Affairs requests friends and partners in the international community, as well as international organizations operating in Kosovo and Metohija, to urgently protect the Serbian people from the terror of the Priština authorities led by Albin Kurti.

The intrusion of armed members of Kurti's special police into the institutions on which the physical survival of Serbs in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo and Metohija depends is the pinnacle of Priština's anti-Serb, anti-civilization and anti-European policy and represents a dangerous step towards escalation on the widest scale.

It is the last moment for Kurti to be prevented from intending to ignite new conflicts in the Western Balkans and complete the plan of ethnic cleansing, which in the past year and a half alone has resulted in the emigration of 15 percent of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija, as stated by the International Crisis Group, according to the statement.
