2024 Annual Community Survey

Each year, the City conducts a community survey to help the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on current services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities.

Consistent with previous years, the 2024 Community Survey will be mailed to a statistically significant number of households beginning August 19. If you have a yellow postcard from the City in your mail, your household was selected to complete the Palo Alto Community Survey. Please take the survey if you receive it in the mail. The survey will be available to all residents online in mid-September.
