Investigation into Female Found Deceased at 1900 Holly Street

November 12, 2024- Houston police are investigating the death of a female found at 1900 Holly Street about 8:40 a.m. on Monday (November 11).

The female's identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Persad and Detective R. Lujan reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a call for assistance from Houston Fire Department personnel at the above address and learned an unresponsive female was found under the overpass. Paramedics pronounced the female deceased.

The investigation is pending the female's cause and manner of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
