09 19 24 Buda City Council Approved Creation of PID and TIRZ for Persimmon Development

BUDA, TEXAS, SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 - During the September 17 regular City Council meeting, the Buda City Council approved the creation of a Public Improvement District (PID) and a supporting Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ), in partnership with Hays County, to provide the public infrastructure as outlined in the Development Agreement for the Persimmon development.
