Join the ACL-funded National Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Center (NADRC) for their upcoming webinar where presenters will discuss the process of choosing, implementing, and evaluating dementia programs.

There are many programs designed to support people living with dementia and their caregivers in their communities. When deciding to offer a dementia program, organizations must first determine which program meets the needs of their community and clients. Organizations must then assess how they will implement and evaluate the chosen program. It is essential to pay careful attention to multiple factors, such as the cost, training and staffing requirements, method of program delivery, and evaluation options.

Additionally, the presenters will review the updated NADRC resource Grantee-Implemented Evidence-Based and Evidence-Informed Dementia Interventions and highlight key aspects of the guide.

Presenters:

  • Ashlee Cordell, MGS, NADRC, RTI International
  • Sari B. Shuman, MPH, MSW, Co-Director, NADRC, RTI International

NADRC webinars are free of charge and open to the public, although pre-registration is required. The webinars are recorded and available for viewing on the NADRC website. Closed captioning is available during the webinar and will be included in the recording.

If you have questions, please email [email protected].

Funded by ACL, NADRC provides support to ACL and its grantees to implement evidence-based interventions and innovative practices that empower and assist caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.
