38th Infantry Division Band Concert

The 38th Infantry Division Band will present a pre-ceremony concert in conjunction with the Change of Command and Retirement ceremonies for CW4 Pat Palumbo. Unique to this concert is the local premier of a commissioned work for band titled "Soaring With Eagles," the title of which is a reference to the Warrant Officer cohort. The composition is dedicated to Chief Palumbo in acknowledgement of his 42+ years of service, including 21 years as the unit's commander and bandmaster. The concert will be held on Sunday, August 11 at 0930 in Minuteman Auditorium. Change of Command at 1000. Retirement ceremony at 1030.
