Disaster Relief – Hurricane Milton

TTB has relief options available to taxpayers located in the areas impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. This relief includes tax payment options, waivers for taxes on losses caused by natural disasters, and information for damaged and unmarketable products.

State and local jurisdictions may offer additional relief options. Please check with the appropriate alcohol beverage or tobacco authorities in your state for additional information.
