Partner Michael Zogby Elected Secretary of Trial Attorneys of America

Trial Attorneys of America (TAA) has elected Michael C. Zogby to serve as secretary. TAA is an organization of highly experienced trial attorneys and senior corporate counsel who devote a substantial portion of their practice to product liability litigation and corporate counsel.

Zogby will continue to serve on TAA's board of directors and membership committee.

Zogby, partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices and co-chair of the firm's Trial and Global Disputes group, is a trial attorney whose multinational clients turn to him to litigate and manage risk related to aggregated proceedings, product liability risks, and mass tort claims. Zogby is an advocate for clients in the life sciences industry, and he also counsels clients in commercial and consumer disputes, class actions, intellectual property and antitrust challenges, and trade secret violations. Additionally, he counsels clients in the U.S., Asia, and Europe on a variety of privacy, security, e-discovery, and cross-border issues.
