Northbound I-579 Ramp to Route 28 Inspection Next Week in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the ramp that carries traffic from northbound I-579 to northbound Route 28 in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1 weather permitting.

Crews will conduct inspection activities on the Veterans Bridge ramp from northbound I-579 to northbound Route 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The right lane on northbound I-579 approaching the ramp will close to traffic. A shoulder closure and traffic shifts on the ramp will occur.

Crews from Larson Design Group will conduct the inspection.
