OME Case #2024-02878

On July 25, 2024, at 4:25 a.m. the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at Saint Joseph Hospital. Eugene Grady, DOB 09/07/1949, was transported by ambulance from the 1000 block of E. 19th Avenue on July 21, 2024. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from blunt force injuries. The manner of death is homicide.

On August 10, 2024, at 12:22 a.m. the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at Denver Health Medical Center. Luvertis Blackwell (AKA Wiggins), DOB 12/21/1976, had been transported by ambulance from the area of 15th Street and Glenarm Place. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from sharp force injuries. The manner of death is homicide.

On August 5, 2024, at 11:04 a.m. the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death in the 2400 block of Alcott Street. Brian Geisick, DOB 05/12/1985, was pronounced deceased on scene. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death is homicide.
