And now for the cool tip: the simplest way to create a delightful summer is to make this easy ice cream-you don't even need an ice cream machine.

Recipe:

Whip 5 dl of heavy cream until fairly stiff.
Stir in one can (400 g) of sweetened condensed milk.
Mix in any flavoring of your choice, such as 200 g of crushed chocolate-covered biscuits.
Stir everything together and place in the freezer.
