July 1: Priority Mail and Ground Advantage

First Class Mail and eBay Standard Envelope rate increases are listed below, and the eBay shipping calculatorwill be updated again on July 14 to reflect these changes.

3 oz $1.25

Media Mail:
Rates will increase an average of 2.8%

Signature confirmation
Fee will increase $0.20 from $3.50 to $3.70.

Domestic insurance:
Costs will overall decrease by 10%.
