Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners on Strategic Growth Investment in Evite

Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, on its strategic growth investment in Evite, the world's leading digital platform for bringing people together. CEO David Yeom will continue to lead Evite and remain a significant equity holder. The transaction closed in October 2024 and financial terms are not being disclosed.
