The Board of Directors of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 30 July 2024, the Ordinary Resolution 9 relating to the Proposed Renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate of the Company (details of which are set out in the Notice of AGM and Addendum to the Annual Report 2023/2024 relating to the Proposed Renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate dated 15 July 2024) was put to vote by poll and duly passed.
