Attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto is a third party due diligence report, dated July 30, 2024, obtained by the Securitizer, with respect to certain due diligence services performed by CBIZ MHM, LLC.

Attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto is a third party due diligence report, dated October 9, 2024, obtained by the Securitizer, with respect to certain due diligence services performed by Grant Thornton LLP.
