#AmericaFirst is only possible with strong reforms to the State Department.

From funding drag shows in Ecuador to promoting atheism in Nepal to funding the Taliban, Joe Biden has undercut our standing on the world stage. Perhaps even worse, he's doled out billions of YOUR hard earned tax dollars to foreign countries without any hope of a positive return on that investment.

This must stop!

That's why the House Republicans passed the #AmericaFirst appropriations bill this week. It cuts State Department funding by 11 percent, defunds work initiatives, and fires 33 special envoys.

Within this package, I secured the inclusion of a provision blocking Joe Biden from using YOUR tax dollars to resettle refugees from Gaza to the United States. These are the same people who cheered Hamas as they butchered innocent American and Israeli citizens on October 7th.

They provide aid and comfort to the enemy every single day and yet, Joe Biden wants to bring them here. Not on my watch.

America First extends to our diplomacy. I will continue to prioritize you, as your government should.
