SIUE Athletics Internship Program Open for 2024-25 School Year
SIUE Athletics is excited to announce that the internship program is open for the 2024-2025 sport seasons! An internship in SIUE Cougars Athletics provides a fun and high-energy environment where you will learn and apply what goes on behind the scenes in a NCAA Division I game day.
Internship opportunities fall under many areas in athletics, including marketing, communications, ticketing and events. Individuals will gain the opportunity to grow their professional network, to take on meaningful responsibilities, and to develop an understanding of communications, social media, marketing, sponsorship, and event production. SIUE Athletics is looking for individuals passionate about working in sports.
Must be available to work up to 15 hours per week.
Most positions are unpaid with some overlap with paid student work opportunities.
Must have reached at least sophomore standing academically.
Will develop a well-rounded portfolio.

- Graphic Design
- Assist with organization and execution of advertising and on-campus marketing efforts
- Game Day Music and Visual Media
- In Game Promotions
- Public Address Scripting
- Assist with in-game promotions and sponsorship activations
- Ticketing and Group Sales
- Broadcast Production Team
- Sports Communications/Sports Information
- Events and Game Day
