On October 28, 2024, Inspirato Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), received a written notification from the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel that the Company has demonstrated compliance with the requirement to maintain the minimum market value of publicly held shares in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(C) and, thus, has met the requirements of the Nasdaq Hearings Panel's ("Panel") previously reported decision dated August 5, 2024. Accordingly, the Panel determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC and closed the matter.
