Our Place in the Stars with Auckland Astronomical Society!
Join Niven on a journey that starts at the Earth and extends out to the far reaches of the Universe! The evening will include learning about Matariki and viewing a telescope. Download the Unistellar app on your phone or tablet to access the digital telescope.

Friday 19 July 2pm-3pm
CD Hovercrafts and Vortex Cannons!
For ages 7+. Bookings essential.
Join Physics Pathfinders and make your own CD Hovercraft and vortex cannon. Kids will learn about important physics ideas of Newton's Third Law of Motion and principles of Fluid Dynamics through hands-on interactions and see their own crafts in action.

Meet the Central Interceptor!
Drop-in and learn about the super-sized tunnel that will reduce wastewater overflows and the boring machine Hiwa-i-te-Rangi. Come and have some interactive fun with the virtual reality devices along with a variety of engaging activities and games!
