Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

Closing of Disposition of Aviara Brand

On October 18, 2024, MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") completed its previously announced asset exchange, pursuant to which it transferred ownership of its Aviara brand (including all commercial and operational assets relating to Aviara's product line) to Cruisers Yachts, a subsidiary of MarineMax, Inc. ("MarineMax"). As part of the asset exchange, MarineMax assumed Aviara's customer care, warranty liability and administration. The amounts paid to the Company by MarineMax for ownership of the Aviara brand were offset by MarineMax's assumption of warranties liability and administration accruals.
