John Kelly Named Fellow of Health Ethics Trust

Barnes & Thornburg attorney John Kelly has been selected as the 2024 Fellow of the Health Ethics Trust. This recognition is the Health Ethics Trust's highest distinction, and it honors individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the endeavor of healthcare compliance.

Kelly, chair of Barnes & Thornburg's national Healthcare Department and Industry Practice, represents clients in criminal and civil healthcare fraud matters, including government investigations and False Claims Act litigation. He also serves as outside compliance and investigations counsel for a number of healthcare companies including those subject to the requirements of a corporate integrity agreement.

The Health Ethics Trust is a nonprofit non-partisan organization established in 1994 as an educational and service resource for healthcare organizations advancing ethics and compliance in healthcare.

Kelly will be honored at the Healthcare Best Compliance Practices Forum, an annual event that recognizes outstanding compliance performance in healthcare organizations, held virtually, Oct. 17-18.
