TCARE to expand in St. Louis, creating 20 new jobs…

TCARE's new location will enable the company to continue to attract and maintain top talent as it grows and brings more business to the local economy.

TCARE is an award-winning, evidence-based caregiver risk management platform that's proven to prevent caregiver burnout. Its patented clinical protocol combines more than 15 years of caregiver insights, advanced data analytics, and high-touch human support to identify, mitigate, and continuously monitor caregiver burnout risk. TCARE began as a research project at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to determine what leads to caregiver burnout and the premature facility placement of the care receiver. This research, later developed into a protocol used in a study by the State of Washington, resulted in reduced Medicaid usage, delay or deferral in nursing home placement rates, and financial savings, while improving the health outcomes of both the caregiver and care receiver. The company relocated from Wisconsin to St. Louis in 2019 as part of the Arch Grants program and has since experienced exponential growth. Today, TCARE supports caregivers in all 50 states and has more than 170 employees worldwide.

For this expansion, TCARE will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
