Make Sure You Complete Your Employee Data Validation

Dear Faculty and Staff,

As we gear up for the transition from IRIS and Archibus to DASH on January 6, 2025, it's critical that we work with accurate and up-to-date information. Simply put: the better the data we start with, the better the results we'll get.

To ensure this, we kindly ask all faculty and staff to review and verify their employee information using the DASH Data Validation website.

The site allows you to update specific fields in real-time. For any non-editable fields, please complete the Personal Data Form and submit it to Human Resources at [email protected]. These updates may take 3-5 business days to process.

Having accurate personal data on file ensures that:

• We can notify you promptly in the event of an emergency.
• Facilities can locate you for any building improvements.
• We communicate with you efficiently.
• And most importantly, your paycheck reaches the correct destination!

Please complete the review of your employee information by Monday, December 2.
