Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road - Roadway Construction

Lennar Development continues to work on roadway construction. Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road and Tres Lagos Drive from Southshore Drive to Briggs Road will remain closed. Traffic control and detours will be placed and delays should be expected during construction.

Menifee Road from North of Aldergate Drive to McCall Boulevard - Road Improvements

The City has started road improvements on Menifee Road from north of Aldergate Drive to McCall Boulevard. Traffic control be in place and delays should be expected during construction. The project is expected to be completed by mid-November.
