The Registrant was unable to obtain the information necessary to complete the preparation of its financial statements for the interim period ended June 30, 2024, and the review of these financial statements by Registrant's outside auditors was therefore unable to be completed in time for filing. As a result, the Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant expects to file its Form 10-Q within the extended filing period.
