Stevenson Women’s Soccer and Field Hockey Make 2024 MAC Commonwealth Playoffs

Two Stevenson University fall sports teams will be in action this week as the women's soccer and field hockey teams will be participating in the 2024 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth Conference playoffs.

The field hockey team-seeded third-will take on second-seeded York College of Pennsylvania on the road at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in the conference semifinals. Stevenson defeated York earlier in the second in a shootout. Should Stevenson be victorious, they will play the winner of the other semifinal on Wednesday (Alvernia-Messiah) on Saturday.

The women's soccer-seeded fourth-will travel to top-seeded Messiah to take on the semifinals at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Should Stevenson win, the Mustangs will take on either York or Eastern on Saturday in the conference championship.

The winner of the conference championship will receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
