Notice of Public Hearing: DCA24-0003 Conflicts with Other Ordinances and Criteria Manuals

The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas regarding a proposed revision to the Denton Development Code; amendments include but are not limited to Section 1.3: Authority, Applicability, and Jurisdiction as it relates to Conflicts with other Ordinances and Criteria Manuals; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
