LCR, Trump Unity Coalition Take Steps To Welcome RFK Jr.’s LGBT Campaign Into the MAGA Movement

On the heels of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s historic endorsement of President Donald Trump, Log Cabin Republicans is taking steps to engage Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s supporters and his targeted audiences and bring them into the Trump Unity coalition.

"Bobby Kennedy's campaign was appealing to the moderates, Independents, and disaffected Democrats - including many LGBT voters - that hold the key to winning this election," Log Cabin Republicans President Charles Moran said in a statement. "Between Bobby's endorsement of Trump and Harris' radical Left record, these voters are more persuadable than ever to vote for Trump in 2024. As a key stakeholder in the Trump Unity coalition, the Log Cabin Republicans is proud to partner with Kennedy's former LGBT leadership team and execute the hard but necessary work to continue engaging these voters to support the Trump-Vance ticket in November."

The initial effort will include:

• Including members of the Kennedy leadership team on to the Trump Unity steering committee to ensure their authentic voice and perspective is represented in outreach efforts.
• Advancing policy platforms building on the MAGA/MAHA movement to expand liberty, freedom, and health for LGBT and ALL Americans.
• Hiring a top Kennedy LGBT surrogate, Ronnie Kroell, to help oversee the rapid expansion of our coalition and drive social media content to persuadable audiences around the branding "Trump-Curious."
