Food Industry Monitor 2024 “A Decade of Italian Food” – Thursday, June 27, 2024 at UNISG

The University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and Ceresio Investors will host the tenth edition of the Food Industry Monitor (FIM), an observatory on the food & beverage sector, on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10:30 AM.
The event will take place in the Sala Rossa of the Pollenzo Agency at the University of Gastronomic Sciences.

The theme for FIM 2024 is "2015-2024. A Decade of Italian Food". It aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of Italian food over the last decade, as the observatory started exactly ten years ago in 2014. This analysis will be complemented by reflecting on possible medium-term developmental trajectories based on quantitative data.
