Regional Climate Change Impacts

The Taunton River Watershed Alliance (TRWA) is hosting a special event this Saturday, September 28, 2024 called "Regional Climate Change Impacts" at Bristol County Agricultural High School from 10am-12pm.

This event is a panel discussion with 5 local professionals, moderated by TRWA President Joseph Callahan, followed by a question and answer session. They will address impacts faced by our region and ways residents and municipalities can mitigate growing concerns, including funding sources available.

There is much we do not know. Aside from impacts to our coastlines, rivers, ground water, wildlife and marshes, climate change can affect our health, housing and more.
