List of League/Team/Organization Officers' Contacts

Every league, every season must email [email protected] a copy of a contact list fof officers for your organization. List to include first and last names, title, cell phone/phone and email address. There is often turnover in staff/volunteer positions, and I need to have accurate records. The reservations also bind you to financial fees, so I want to make sure the person responsible for requesting/deleting/adding dates is authorized by your league.
