On October 29, 2024, Alistair Burns, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), announced his plans to resign from the Company effective November 27, 2024. His decision to resign is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
