Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building in Latin America and the Caribbean - P181560

The project will improve monitoring and evaluation frameworks, capacity, and use in select countries in the Latin America and the Caribbean region. In doing so, the project will seek to build partnerships with governments and existing Evaluation Capacity Development (ECD) providers to generate synergies. This project will contribute to the higher-level development objective of the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI), namely, to improve monitoring and evaluation frameworks, capacity, and use in supported Latin America and the Caribbean countries for improved evidence-informed policy making.
