Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the successful recapitalization of its client, Lehman Pipe and Supply, Inc. ("Lehman Pipe" or the "Company"), by Rotunda Capital Partners ("Rotunda").

Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Miami, FL, Lehman Pipe is a leading distributor of pipes, valves, and fittings ("PVF") and ancillary products to commercial HVAC and plumbing contractors in the South and Southwest Florida, Caribbean, and Latin American markets. Lehman Pipe is well known for its exceptional customer service and strong culture.

Dennis Lehman, son of founders Julian and Betty Lehman, will remain with the Company as Senior Advisor. Josh Aberman will continue to lead the operations of the Company as CEO and is excited about the opportunity to continue to grow the company in partnership with Rotunda.
