What can you do in MyACV under the “WON” tab

What can you do in MyACV under the "WON" tab:

  • Obtain title updates
  • Track title package
  • Download the Bill of Sale
  • View Original Listing
  • Request a title update
  • Request a Late Title Notice
  • Report a problem with the title you've received

How to locate everything?

When logged into ACVAuctions.com, go to the MyACV tab at the top of the screen. Then select the "WON" tab from the column on the left side of the screen.

If you have multiple rooftops and need to view a single location, you can filter your view here.

Functions of the MyACV "WON" tab:

  1. When clicking the expansion arrow you can expand the row to view more information. Once you expand the row you will be able to see the following:some text
    1. Title management - You can view the timeline for the title after being received at ACV, when it is worked by ACV's Admin team, view FedEx tracking, or see if there is an identified problem with the title.
    2. Transportation - If you use ACV Transportation you can track the progression of delivery.
    3. Arbitration Management - You can start an arbitration claim here and follow its progress.
  2. By clicking the 3 dots, you can do the following; download the bill of sale, view the original listing and/or report a problem. some text
    1. When clicking "report a problem" you can also do the following:some text
      1. Submit a late title unwind request (48 hour notice)
      2. Request a title status update on a title you have not received yet
      3. Report a problem with the title you have received
      4. Start an Arbitration
      5. Contact us with other issues

Some of the following updates will be provided for the Title's case:

  • ACV Awaiting Title - ACV has not received the title from the seller
  • Title at ACV - The title has been received and is in the queue to be clerked and processed
  • Title Clerked - The title has been clerked and is in the queue to be shipped out,some text
    • If the status of "title clerked" is present for more than 24 hours, verify the sale is paid with your floorplan or that your ACH has cleared. If it is in unpaid status and the payment has cleared, it will take 24-48 hours for ACV to ship the title.
  • Title Shipped - This means just that, the title has been shipped out to you or your floorplan. You can also see the FedEx tracking number that was used to ship the title.
  • Title Problem - A problem has been identified with the title ACV received and the Title Specialist is working on resolving the problem. For additional details about the identified problem, you can utilize the Live Chat feature on the bottom right of the screen (only available on desktop).
