North American Savings Bank (NASB) is excited to announce the promotion of Tom DeGregorio to Senior Vice President - Construction and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Manager. Tom brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including 16 years as a key contributor to our Residential Construction Lending area. His leadership has influenced the development and expansion of our construction lending relationships in the Kansas City market, solidifying NASB's position as a top lender based on market share.
In his new role, Tom will oversee the NASB Commercial Real Estate and Residential Construction & Land Development divisions. This aims to enhance business development for all our development business lines under one leader while focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers effectively.
