Public Notice - Council and Committee Procedure Bylaw No. 3945, 2024

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council will be considering adoption of Council and Committee Procedures Bylaw No. 3945, 2024 at their regular Council meeting being held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 5:00 PM. This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, in person in Council Chambers and electronically through the Cisco Webex platform.

Bylaw 3945, 2024 proposes to replace Council Procedures Bylaw No. 3602 and establish the rules of procedure for meetings of Council, Committee of the Whole, Committees and Other Advisory Bodies.

The bylaw and records relating to it are available for public inspection beginning on June 28, 2024, at the Municipal Hall, during regular work hours, and on North Cowichan's website. Hard copies are available upon request, standard rates apply under Schedule A, Section 1 of Fees & Charges Bylaw No. 3784.

This notice is given as required by Section 124 of the Community Charter.
