In a recent press release, Diversity Lab announced all law firms pursuing Mansfield Certification for the July 2024-July 2025 period. Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP committed to the Mansfield Certification process for the eighth year in a row. Such commitment earned the firm a "True Trailblazer" designation, as MMM has pursued certification all years of Mansfield's existence.

Mansfield is a year-long structured certification process designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms has a transparent, fair, and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership. The focus is on opening the door wider and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are inclusive for everyone.
