FULTON COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

Week of July 1, 2024

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (Friday, June 28, 2024) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Fulton County in the coming weeks. All planned work is weather permitting.

Drainage Maintenance

Various routes will experience temporary lane and shoulder restrictions for drainage operations through June. Please be observant of advanced warning signs.

U.S. Route 20/SR 66 through Fayettewill experience lane restrictions for a drainage project through mid-June. Traffic to be maintained by portable traffic signal. Location of restrictions will change daily with moving operation.

U.S. Route 20A/Airport Highway, at Main Street, Swanton, is closed for major water and drainage work through mid-September. Detour: SR 295 to US 20 to SR 109 to US 20A.

  • Work performed with multiple phases; some local roads will reopen, however, commercial traffic will remain detoured for the duration of the project.

Permit Closure

State Route 108 ramps to/from the Ohio Turnpikeare closed for Turnpike work through August.

RR Closure

State Route 295, north of US 20A, is closed for railroad repairs through June. Work and closure performed by the railroad.
