Trick or Treat Hours

Trick-or-treat hours in the City of DeKalb will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.

The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce will host Spooktacular with trick or treating in downtown DeKalb on Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. That will be followed by a free showing of "Scooby Doo: The Movie" at the Egyptian Theatre.
