The City of Eugene wants to hear from you!

A survey is now open that will influence how the City conducts community engagement work by better understanding how members of the community receive information, get information about attending events organized by the City of Eugene, and how or where the community wants to provide feedback.

Communication and Outreach is one of the City's key focus areas outlined in the City's 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, in order to be a city that informs, listens, and understands what the community wants and needs, and a community that understands, participates, and has confidence in what their city is doing.

Strategic goals in support of this Communication and Outreach focus include improving community awareness and understanding of priority topics, engaging with a broader cross-section of the community, and increasing community confidence in council and staff.

The data collected from this survey will help inform how the City engages with the community in a meaningful and equitable way.  While it's a thorough questionnaire, most people should be able to complete it in under 10 minutes.
