All proposers are required to base their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) furnished in these questions; The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications.

1. Question: I am curious about Scope of Work Item #6. Could you expand upon what this is. It doesn't look like construction staking, but want to be clear about what it is.
a. Scope of work item #6: Provide field staking of requested design elements, to assist in coordination of the design with adjacent properties during the project PE Phase. At times the city needs certain design elements staked in the field for coordination with utility companies or property owners during the project design phase. This scope of work item is intended to capture the ability of the proposer to complete this task.

2. Question: Are SOQ covers included in the SOQ 5-limit page count?
a. Covers to statements of qualifications will not be counted against the 5-page limit count. The content on the cover may not be considered if determined to be against the intent of the RFQ for concise language.
