Public Notice of Neighborhood Enhancement Commission Vacancies: The City of Eagle Point is recruiting to fill three vacancies on the Neighborhood Enhancement Commission. This position is for a full three-year term ending on December 31, 2027. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible, no later than December 31, 2024.

Applicants must currently reside within the city limits of Eagle Point and have been Eagle Point residents for at least one full year prior to appointment . Applications may be obtained online at www.cityofeaglepoint.org or picked up at Eagle Point City Hall located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South in Eagle Point. Additional details: The Neighborhood Enhancement Commission acts as an advisory body to the city staff and City Council on matters pertaining to developing and preserving aesthetic, recreational and cultural values to enhance quality of life in neighborhoods throughout the community. The commission also serves as the city's parks and tree advisory committee, in addition to supporting an annual Arbor Day observance and complying with the standards of the Tree City USA program.
