• 1.What is the Commission's assessment of the competitive disadvantages that EU forest owners might face compared to forest owners in third countries as a result of the EUDR?
• 2.What measures does the Commission intend to take to ensure that EU forest owners are not disadvantaged by the EUDR?
• 3.How does the Commission intend to promote or monitor compliance with the EUDR by forest owners in third countries?
