How long have you been a member of the OceanFirst Bank team? What role do you play on the Bank Team? I have been part of the OceanFirst Bank team since February 2022 as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

What has been your favorite volunteer activity - and why? My favorite WaveMaker event was the recent ArCANtecture my wife and I recently participated in. We had 30 minutes to build a structure using cans and pasta boxes, our team being outnumbered (all other teams had 8-10 members vs our 2 members!). We managed to get 2nd place by building a bridge that we described as our vision of Move For Hunger's efforts in moving things across to the less fortunate.

What has volunteering taught you? Every effort goes a long way in helping your fellow peers. Always be kind to others.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? When I was little, I imagined myself being an architect. As I got older, those aspirations moved to computer technology and eventually got myself into accounting.

Are you a traveler or a homebody? I'd say I'm a good mix of both. My favorite hobby - video games, has me being a homebody a good portion of my free time. On my extended time off, my taste for traveling has grown over the past few years. Whether visiting friends in other states, or traveling to different countries, I find it enjoyable visiting different places, new and old, hoping to visit many more with my wife.

If you could be a kitchen utensil, what would be and why? SPOOOON! (The Tick show reference)

What is the last TV show you binged and what review would you give it? The last show I binged was a Japanese animated show called Freiren. The story takes place many years after her and her group of friends saved the world. Freiren, an elf, travels the land reliving the tale her and her friends once shared and helps in ensuring their legacy lives on for many more centuries.

Are you a morning person or a night owl? I'm a night owl by nature, morning person by demand.
