The meeting of the Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Colombia Kandya Gisella Obezo Casseres

On November 26, in Portugal, on the sidelines of the 10th Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan had a meeting with Kandya Gisella Obezo Casseres, the Deputy Minister for Multilateral Affairs at the Foreign Ministry of Colombia.

During the meeting, Kandya Gisella Obezo Casseres congratulated Armenia on the occasion of being elected as a host country for the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP17) following the election at the COP16 on Biological Diversity held in Colombia this October.

The Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia reiterated Armenia's readiness to promote international cooperation aimed at overcoming environmental challenges.

The interlocutors also touched upon the Armenia-Colombia bilateral relations and the ways to develop and enhance them.
