Several Employees Graduate from the Public Works Institute of Texas

Highlighting the good work coming out of PWE, David (KP) Kirkpatrick, Brad Lewandowski, Nicole Swearingen, James Gray, Blanca Rubio and Joseph Holmes, all graduated from The Public Works Institute of Texas. The Public Works Institute consists of a 90-hour program of instruction in Supervision and Management in Public Works over a two-year period.
